Overview
Rubiks Projects provided Supplier Engineering Management (SEM), Contract Administration and Quality Assurance services in support of the Bellevue Railcar Manufacturing Facility, a key component of Western Australia’s METRONET program.
Our team supported the management and assurance of commissioning and engineering activities, providing oversight of technical deliverables, engineering compliance and quality requirements. Working across project, engineering and supplier interfaces, Rubiks coordinated entry into service of the facility, verification of records, monitored engineering and quality processes, and supported the resolution of issues to maintain alignment with project requirements and applicable standards.
Through a practical, risk-based approach to engineering and quality assurance, Rubiks supported the delivery of compliant, fit-for-purpose outcomes to achieve Commissioning/Entry into Service and will be continuing to provide the SEM role to oversee design, delivery and handover for additional works requested by the client.
